Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 teaspoon oil, (or lard)
- 1 large onion (s), roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 4 large potato (s)
- 1 large can (s) tomato (s), chunky
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon, heaped marjoram
- 2 pinches nutmeg
- Chili powder
- 1 can baked beans
- 150 g sour cream

- Fry the minced meat well in the fat. Stir in onions and garlic and stir in the diced peppers and potatoes, let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add the tomatoes and now all the spices, mix well, put the lid on, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Now stir in the beans, season a little if necessary and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, fold in the sour cream and serve with a nice slice of rustic bread.
