Ingredients

  • 8 slices meat loaf
  • 250 g cheese (sliced cheese)
  • 40 g butter
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g sprin onion (s)
  • Herbal sea salt
  • Pepper White
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the onions. Peel the carrots and cut the sticks into pieces. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Heat half of the butter and fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly and seasoning with herb salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  3. Heat the remaining butter in the pan and fry the meat loaf one after the other. Cut the cheese slices into strips.
  4. Place four meat loaf slices next to each other on a baking sheet, place 1/4 of the vegetables on top and cover with the other half. Place the cheese strips on the farmer`s schnitzel like a grid.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 5 minutes.
  6. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
