Instructions

  1. Thaw the first four types of berries if they are frozen foods. The microwave is very suitable for this.
  2. In the meantime, stir the low-fat quark with 1 tablespoon of water, a little sweetener and the desired spices until smooth. Clean and halve the strawberries.
  3. Then stir the thawed berries into the low-fat quark and garnish with the halved strawberries and walnuts.
  4. The whole portion has around 340 kcal and is also ideal as a dessert for 2 - 3 people.
