- 250 g low-fat quark
- 30 g blueberries
- 30 g raspberries
- 30 g currants
- 30 g blackberries
- 100 g strawberries
- 10 g walnuts
- some sweetener
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Thaw the first four types of berries if they are frozen foods. The microwave is very suitable for this.
- In the meantime, stir the low-fat quark with 1 tablespoon of water, a little sweetener and the desired spices until smooth. Clean and halve the strawberries.
- Then stir the thawed berries into the low-fat quark and garnish with the halved strawberries and walnuts.
- The whole portion has around 340 kcal and is also ideal as a dessert for 2 - 3 people.
