Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 4 tablespoon oatmeal
- 300 g berries as desired, (raspberries, blackberries )
- 50 g suar, honey if you like

- Mix the milk with the oatmeal, berries and sugar or honey.
- Mix directly in the mixer or with the hand blender.
- It is best to drink directly, otherwise the oat flakes will settle.
