Ingredients

  • 300 g wild berries, fresh
  • 600 ml soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) or kefir
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped hazelnuts, roasted and ground
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla pulp
  • 4 leaves mint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Puree some of the wild berries with the honey and vanilla in a blender. If you like, mix some of the yogurt with berry purée, alternating layers of berry purée, yogurt, and nuts in tall glasses. Decorate with berries and mint leaves.
