Cut the apples into pieces (large or smaller, if desired).
Grease the mold with oil. Put the apples in the mold.
Turn on the oven, preheat to 180 degrees. Break eggs into a bowl. Add sugar.
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for at least 5 minutes.
Adding flour in parts, beat the biscuit dough with a mixer.
The dough should not be too thick (like sour cream).
Pour the dough into a mold over the apples. The dough should fill the mold evenly.
Put a quick charlotte in the oven for 25-30 minutes, bake until golden brown (oven temperature – 180 degrees). Do not open the oven when baking (at least the first 20 minutes).
