Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers and leek and cut into bite-sized strips.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic and sugar, season with cayenne pepper.
  3. Sear the minced meat in a coated pan or wok in a little oil until it becomes crumbly. Add vegetables and spice stock. After 2 minutes put the bananas in and let them steep for 3 minutes over a very low flame.
  4. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
  5. Basmati rice tastes good with it.
