Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  2. Fry the peppers, zucchini and mushrooms one after the other in a pan with a little oil. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cream cheese to the vegetables and simmer until the cheese has melted. Add the tomatoes and heat. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
