Fry the meat vigorously in clarified butter for about 5 minutes. Remove. Sauté the paprika, onion and garlic in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and sour cream and bring to the boil. Season well with the spices. Add the meat again and heat it up.
Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Mix in the sauce and serve
