Cut the slice of Kassel, paprika and mushrooms into strips. Cut the onion into thin rings.
Sear the smoked pork loin and then add the onion and mushrooms. Season everything with pepper and paprika powder (salt is not necessary as the Kassler is already salty enough), then add the paprika strips. Finally add about half a pack of herbal cream cheese. If this has gone, season everything again if necessary.
