Put the flour, seeds, kernels, salt and caraway seeds in a bowl and mix together. Make a well in the flour mixture with a spoon, add a tablespoon of honey and cover again with the flour mixture. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add to the flour mixture, mix everything with a hand mixer with a dough hook.
Put the dough in a baking pan brushed with margarine (I always use two small molds).
Sprinkle 2 tablespoon sesame seeds on the dough. Moisten a brush with warm water and rub it over the sesame seeds so that the seeds adhere nicely to the dough.
Place the baking pan in the middle of the cold oven and place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 60 minutes.
