Ingredients
- 100 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 200 g spelled flour type 630
- 200 g spelled flour type 1050
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
- 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cube yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- Margarine for the baking pan
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds for sprinkling

- Do not preheat the oven!
- Put the flour, seeds, kernels, salt and caraway seeds in a bowl and mix together. Make a well in the flour mixture with a spoon, add a tablespoon of honey and cover again with the flour mixture. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add to the flour mixture, mix everything with a hand mixer with a dough hook.
- Put the dough in a baking pan brushed with margarine (I always use two small molds).
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoon sesame seeds on the dough. Moisten a brush with warm water and rub it over the sesame seeds so that the seeds adhere nicely to the dough.
- Place the baking pan in the middle of the cold oven and place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 60 minutes.
