Ingredients
- 500 g spelled flour, (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon spice mixture, (bread spice)
- 3 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 500 ml water, warm

- Dissolve the honey in the water, knead the remaining ingredients well with the dough hook. Put the dough in a buttered loaf pan and let it rest for 30 minutes. Bake at 180 ° C - 200 ° C hot air for approx. 60 minutes
