Ingredients
- 400 g spelled flour
- 50 g flaxseed, crushed
- 50 g millet flakes
- 25 g pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 380 ml water
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 150 g carrot (s), rated
