Instructions

  1. I bake this bread according to a 3-minute bread recipe, only changed a few things, the principle is the same.
  2. First the yeast is dissolved in warm water and then the honey, salt, vinegar and the grains are added. When the honey has dissolved, add the flour and knead the whole thing together well. Peel the carrots and slice them very finely, so they are nice and juicy. Add the carrots to the rest of the dough and knead well again. If the dough is still very sticky, just add more flour until the dough kneads well and no longer sticks.
  3. Grease a loaf pan with butter or margarine and add the dough. Now everything just has to be put in the oven at 200 ° C (DO NOT PREHEAT!) For 60 minutes. I still put a small bowl of water in the oven, it gives a nice crispy crust. After 60 minutes, take the bread out of the oven and take it out of the mold, leave to cool on a rack.
  4. It tastes particularly good with butter / margarine when it is still lukewarm.
