- 225 g wheat flour type 1050
- 225 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder, organic or baking soda
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 350 ml oat milk (oat drink) or other vegetable milk
