- 125 g spelled, finely round
- 0.5 ½ sachet baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g suar, brown
- 1 teaspoon flavor (vanilla flavor)
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml cream

- Mix the spelled flour with the baking powder. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a smooth dough. Let it swell briefly, the whole grain will then draw some liquid. If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Now bake the dough in the waffle iron. If you like, you can brush the waffles with apple or other puree or sprinkle with powdered sugar in the classic way.
