- 700 g spelled flour, liht 603
- 300 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 300 g rains, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 bag / s dry yeast
- 1 liter water, lukewarm

- I got this recipe from my neighbor Gaby, whom I would like to thank very much.
- Grease the Tupper Ultra pot - I`ll use the large pot - well. DO NOT preheat the oven!
- Weigh all ingredients (without water) and mix carefully. Then slowly add the lukewarm water and knead with the mixer (dough hook) only briefly - 5 minutes.
- The mass should have the consistency of a tough wafer batter. Then pour the mixture into the Ultra and slide the mold into the COLD OVEN. To do this, place a vessel with hot water on the bottom of the oven.
- Bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 1.5 hours. I can set a special top and bottom heat in my oven that keeps the moisture in the oven. If you don`t have this, please put a large vessel with hot water in the oven.
- Note: the more wholemeal flour there is in the mixture, the more water is required, so please do not add the entire liter immediately.
- You can also bake it without a mixture of grains, with chopped walnuts etc. Here you can let your imagination run wild.
