Ingredients
- 350 g spelled flour
- 150 g oat flakes, coarse
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 500 ml water
- 1 carrot (s), grated
- oatmeal, sunflower seeds or millet

- Mix the flour with the oat flakes, salt, sugar, yeast, water and the grated carrot, the dough is relatively thin. Spread the dough evenly in the hollows of a greased muffin tray. Sprinkle with oat flakes, sunflower seeds or millet to taste.
- Let rise for about 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
