Mix the flour with the oat flakes, salt, sugar, yeast, water and the grated carrot, the dough is relatively thin. Spread the dough evenly in the hollows of a greased muffin tray. Sprinkle with oat flakes, sunflower seeds or millet to taste.
Let rise for about 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
