Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, regardless of the order. I sieve the flour, the dough becomes finer!
2. Whisk for about 3 minutes, then fill a small sauce ladle full into muffin cups (paper). I put these in a firm muffin tin beforehand, then they get a nicer shape.
3. Bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. I take a look every now and then and let it turn golden yellow.
4. Decorate with icing (we always color them with food coloring) and sprinkles, smarties etc. if you like.
