Ingredients

For the set:

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, regardless of the order. I sieve the flour, the dough becomes finer!
Whisk for about 3 minutes, then fill a small sauce ladle full into muffin cups (paper). I put these in a firm muffin tin beforehand, then they get a nicer shape.
Bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. I take a look every now and then and let it turn golden yellow.
Decorate with icing (we always color them with food coloring) and sprinkles, smarties etc. if you like.
Very easy and delicious, I am always asked for the recipe. Makes about 14 muffins.
