4 slices toast, (wholemeal toast)
2 tablespoon tartar sauce
0.5 ½ onion (s)
6 slices turkey breast fillet (s), cooked, preferably slightly thicker
2 leaves iceberg lettuce
0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot

BSE 2 – Best Sandwich Ever 2 – Turkey Breast Sandwich

Instructions

First lightly toast the toast slices. If you want to consume the snack warm, fry the turkey breast or heat it in the microwave.
Brush two slices of toast with a little mustard, then with 1 tablespoon remoulade each. Chop the onion into cubes and spread on top. Place three slices of turkey breast and finally a leaf of lettuce and cover the bread with the other slices of bread.
A great, very quick sandwich that really looks good and looks good.
