- 500 g flour (type 405 or 1050)
- 2 egg (s)
- 500 g quark (20 or 40%)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
- 150 g hazelnuts, whole kernels
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon water
- some fat for the mold

- Knead the flour, eggs, quark, baking powder and salt into a smooth dough. Then mix in the hazelnuts. Grease a loaf pan and add the batter.
