“Rafaello” (the Easiest and Fastest Way)

I think everyone, or more people, love these candies. I offer you my own version – homemade rafaello sweets made from corn sticks, condensed milk, coconut flakes and peanuts.
Ingredients
- Corn sticks – 60 g
- Condensed milk – 5-6 tbsp
- Butter, softened – 0.5 teaspoon
- Coconut flakes – 100 g
- Peanuts – zhmenka
Directions
- Grind the corn sticks through a meat grinder. Add 5-6 tbsp condensed milk and half a teaspoon of softened butter. Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Send it to the refrigerator for an hour, then the dough will hold together and it will be easier to form candy. Meanwhile, while the dough hardens, you need to fry the peanuts, cool and remove the husks.
- After an hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator. With the help of a teaspoon, pinch off the dough, form a cake, in the middle of which put peanuts. Pinch the edges. Form a ball. Roll in coconut flakes. If there is a mold for sweets, we put our works of art there. We send to the refrigerator. We take it out 5 minutes before serving.
