Ingredients
- 1 packet rusks (coconut rusks), approx. 225 g
- 500 ml natural yogurt
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 500 g red jelly (cherry jelly)

- Put the rusks in a bowl. Mix the cream (unbeaten) and the yoghurt with a whisk and pour over the rusks. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, spread the red fruit jelly on top. Tastes super light and refreshing.
- Extra tip: If you like it calorie-reduced, simply replace part of the cream with milk.
