Ingredients
- 750 ml milk
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g chocolate (premium cream chocolate)
- 40 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoon cocoa (dark fine cocoa)
- 2 egg (s)
- 70 g cornstarch

- Put the cream and 500 ml of the milk in a saucepan, add the chopped chocolate and slowly bring to the boil. Separate the eggs and place the yolks in a tall container with all the other ingredients. Beat thoroughly with the blender.
- Pour into the boiling chocolate milk while stirring, simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cooled pudding.
