- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 drops bitter almond flavor
- 2 piece (s) dark chocolate
- 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate)

- Mix the custard powder with a little cold milk and the sugar until smooth. Add the bitter almond oil.
- Bring the rest of the milk to the boil together with the chocolate and stir in the pudding mixture with a whisk. Bring to the boil again briefly and transfer to heat-resistant containers. Tastes warm and cold.
