Instructions

1. Muddle the yeast with the honey, this makes the yeast liquid. Pour in water and sprinkle with salt. Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly.
2. Now small rolls are formed from it.
3. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put in the cold oven at approx. 200 °.
4. The baking time is approx. 25-30 minutes.
5. The recipe is enough for a sheet of rolls.
6. You can also use the dough as pizza dough, then it is enough for 2 trays.
