- Muddle the yeast with the honey, this makes the yeast liquid. Pour in water and sprinkle with salt. Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly.
- Now small rolls are formed from it.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put in the cold oven at approx. 200 °.
- The baking time is approx. 25-30 minutes.
- The recipe is enough for a sheet of rolls.
- You can also use the dough as pizza dough, then it is enough for 2 trays.
