Instructions

  1. Bring the water, milk, oat flakes and salt to the boil in a saucepan while stirring. Then simmer on low to medium heat until the desired pulpy consistency is achieved.
  2. In the meantime, wash and core the nectarine or peach and cut into small pieces.
  3. Now fill a bowl with the porridge and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of oat bran, pour the fruit over it and sprinkle with brown sugar if you like.
  4. As a variant, you can also add the oat bran to the pot after it has boiled, so it can simmer a little.
