Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Mix the oat flakes, sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, flax seeds and nuts in a large bowl. Add sugar, maple syrup, honey and oil and mix well. Put the mixture on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Make sure to stir the mixture again and again!
