Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and bacon (optional, tastes delicious even without them!) And fry them in a little olive oil until translucent. Clean king oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms, cut into small pieces and fry them with them. Then add the grated fennel and fry a little.
  2. Then fold in the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs.
  3. Tastes very good with rice!
