Ingredients

  • 200 g mushrooms (kin oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms)
  • 1 fennel, grated
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 3 slices bacon, (Kareespeck), optional
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, fresher, cut into rolls

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and bacon (optional, tastes delicious even without them!) And fry them in a little olive oil until translucent. Clean king oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms, cut into small pieces and fry them with them. Then add the grated fennel and fry a little.
  2. Then fold in the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs.
  3. Tastes very good with rice!
