Ingredients

  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 apples
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli

Instructions

  1. Dice all ingredients. Fry the onion, the zucchini and the fennel in olive oil, add the apples and the feta.
  2. Season to taste, for example with salt, pepper and chilli. Tastes delicious with pasta, rice, potatoes or simply with bread.
