Ingredients

  • 2 sachets spelled
  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • Sea salt, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spelled according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the zucchini into small cubes or sticks, cut the fennel into small sticks.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan, fry the zucchini vigorously, seasoning with plenty of salt.
  4. Take out the zucchini. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the pan and then add the fennel.
  5. Fry this too for a few minutes, then put the salt together in a corner of the pan, drizzle with the agave syrup and let it caramelize for 1 minute.
  6. Add to the zucchini and garnish on the spelled. Salt well with sea salt from the mill.
