  • 1 onion (s), white
  • 1 fennel
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 6 tomato (s), dried
  • 1 parmesan cheese. freshly grated
  • Salt and pepper, possibly zhatar
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings and fry in olive oil, cut the fennel into small slices and add. Cut the carrot into thin slices with a peeler and add to the pan, cut the dried tomatoes into smaller pieces and add.
  2. Fry everything and at the end serve sprinkled with parmesan.
