Instructions

  1. Clean the turkey breast and pat dry, season with salt, pepper and curry. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the turkey breast with it. Sear them in a roasting pan or high saucepan. Cut the unpeeled apples into eighths, remove the core and sauté briefly with the turkey roast. Then deglaze the whole thing with cider (the amount of cider depends on the amount of sauce you would like to have). Close the roasting pan or saucepan and let it simmer on medium heat for about 1 hour.
  2. Add the granulated broth and pour 250 ml of cream over it. Season the sauce again as required and bind it if necessary.
  3. Tip: dumplings and apple red cabbage taste best with it
