Whisk the eggs, cut the feta cheese into small cubes. I recommend the cow`s milk cheese as it is a little milder. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Dice the ham as well or buy it directly as a dice.
Melt the butter in a pan over full heat. When the butter has melted, fry the ham cubes briefly in the pan and set the hob to medium heat. After about 30 - 60 seconds add the eggs and then distribute the tomatoes and feta cheese evenly over the mixture. Now cover the pan with a lid and fry the mixture for approx. 6 minutes with the pan closed.
Serve the omelette and season with salt and pepper. The diced ham means that it does not need as much salt.
