Crumble the feta cheese with a fork, then mix in the grated cheese. Finely dice the cooked ham and onions and fold them into the cheese mixture. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little cream, then season the whole thing with the spices.
Roll out the fresh puff pastry and divide into 2 halves, piling up the mixture in equal parts. Glue 2 opposite corners together with a little egg yolk in the middle.
