• 1 point sheep cheese (feta, preferably salakis 8%)
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon ginger powder or freshly grated ginger as desired
• 0.5 ½ onion (s), red, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Lemon juice
• salt and pepper
• Paprika powder
• nutmeg
• in Chives, rolls
• Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Garlic, ginger and onions can also be briefly roasted in the pan beforehand, but this is not a must.
2. Mash the sheep`s cheese with tomato paste, onions, oil, ginger, garlic, chilli flakes and honey in a container and stir until the cream is smooth. Stir in parsley and chives to taste and gradually season to taste with lemon juice and the spices.
