Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and brush generously with cream cheese. Season to taste, then top with ham and feta. Roll up the puff pastry tightly.
  2. Cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the egg, brush the slices with it and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the fan oven and at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool down a bit before serving.
