Soak the bread roll in the milk until it is soaked. Then express it well.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Rinse the parsley and oregano, shake dry and finely chop.
Put the minced meat in a suitable bowl. Add egg, squeezed bread roll, parsley and oregano and knead everything into a smooth dough. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin.
Cut the sheep cheese into 8 pieces. Divide the meat dough into 8 portions and press the individual portions flat with moistened hands. Place a piece of sheep`s cheese on each serving, enclose it well and form flat steaks.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the steaks for 6 - 10 minutes at not too high a heat.
