Chop the garlic and olives (chop very small). Add the feta, cream cheese, sour cream and stir (best with a hand blender for a creamy consistency). Sour creams vary depending on the desired consistency. So there is a creamy spread.
If necessary, add a little milk or sour cream for a dip or sauce.
I take the herbal cream cheese in winter, in summer it tastes very tasty with fresh herbs (e.g. chives).
