Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes, then cut into small cubes. Chop the parsley and crumble the feta. In a bowl, stir the mint, paprika and egg with a fork.
  2. Spread the toast bread on an oven rack and spread one tablespoon of the feta mixture on each toast bread.
  3. Preheat the oven temperature to 200 °, bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the toast is slightly crispy.
  4. Can be eaten with a salad for breakfast or in the evening.
