• 200 g feta cheese
• 150 g yourt (10% fat)
• 1 bell pepper (s), finely diced
• 2 cloves garlic
• 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
• 2 tablespoon ajvar, mild
• salt and pepper
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients except for the peppers in a blender jar and puree with the blender. Then mix in the diced paprika, otherwise the water in the paprika will make it too runny.
2. Goes well with potato wedges from the oven, on bread or simply for dipping.
