Dice the onions and sauté in the oil. Add the goulash and sauté. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Also dice the peppers. Add everything to the meat and cook with it.
Top up with broth. Stir in the tomato paste. Simmer for about an hour over medium heat. Then spicy to taste.
Serve with baguette and a cool wheat beer. The dish is filling well.
