Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Roast the cashew nuts in a little oil until they turn golden brown.
Cut the chicken breast fillets, oyster mushrooms and peppers into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the chilli pepper into fine rings.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok and let it get hot, first add the meat and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the vegetables and continue frying for 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce and cashew nuts. Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly and season to taste with curry powder, pepper and paprika powder.
