Instructions

  1. Cut off the stalks of the figs, cut the figs into pieces, put them in a large saucepan and puree. Mix with the lemon juice, the creme de cassis and the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil while stirring. Cook for 3 minutes, remove the vanilla pod. Fill immediately into prepared jars and close.
