Instructions

  1. Halve the figs and place in a sealable glass with the alcohol and the cinnamon stick. Let stand for about 3 weeks at room temperature, shaking occasionally.
  2. Put the mixture and the squeezed out fruits through a filter in another container. Add the vanilla sugar and sugar as well as 1 liter of water. Let stand for another week and shake occasionally so that the sugar dissolves.
  3. Serve well chilled.
